The top deck, as it turned out, was the part of the ship that was all out in the open. Firefrost's eyes opened wide as he stared at the waxing moon. It was nearly full. It had been six of those full moons since they had left their home. He didn't know how many more it would be before they arrived wherever they were supposed to go. His tail flicked happily when he saw Rookie. "Hey!" He mewed, bounding up to her. "So… this is top deck." He said, looking around. "What exactly is a deck?" He asked her, frowning slightly. "I mean I've never heard that term before in my whole life." Rookie giggled and put a tail over his mouth to silence him

Coldgaze pushed his sweaty ginger hair out of his purple eyes and clutched his bow close. The lean white and ginger tom's tail curled around his paws as he stuck to his hiding spot. Today was his first hunting trip as a proper warrior. No longer was he just silly little Coldpaw. No, he was Coldgaze. A smile flittered over his muzzle as he remembered Lushstar had praised his skill with a bow. No cat in SkyClan could match him. Nor in the other four clans for that matter. The young tom knocked an arrow to the bowstring, his gaze alert. The the sound of wingbeats attracted him. Grinning the tom let the arrow fly towards his target. It hit its m
